I am an experienced leader in developing organization excellence, and quality & process management, with over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor, electronics, aerospace and automotive sectors. My unique career path includes managing manufacturing organizations, work as 3rd party lead auditor in certification body and consultant (including training Polish military pilots).
I worked as Plant Manager & Directos in automotive sector and Quality Director at Legrand UK & Ireland. I was responsible for implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ASPICE and IATF 16949. With my knowledge and experience, I effectively builds quality development strategies, supporting innovative solutions and raising operational standards in international organizations.
Not only my professional achievements, but also my commitment to mentoring, distinguish me as a leader. I am a mentor in the prestigious Program Next Network of Entrepreneurial Women. This program helps organizations scale their businesses and enter foreign markets. I collaborate with organizations such as the Network of Entrepreneurial Women and the Lodz University of Technology Foundation, where I shares knowledge and supports the development of young talents. As a mentor in the Women Automotive Network, I inspires women in technology and engineering to pursue ambitious career goals.
